Markus & Nicolene - Cape Colombine Lighthouse - Paternoster

Cape Columbine Nature reserve with its tranquil scenery and pristine facilities was the backdrop for Markus & Nicolene's fairy tale wedding here on the West Coast near Paternoster.

The hall at the CAPE COLOMBINE lighthouse was beautifully
draped by Dian Boshoff in crisp white and purple and snow white rattan hearts.

The main table against the shaped backdrop was dressed in a soft pink,  crushed organza  bridal frill with blue white led  lights  and complimented the purple butterflies on the wedding cake.

Small rose bowls with floating carnations and a feather butterflies given the effect of a fairy garden on the tables and complimented the big rose bowl with the beautiful cherise pink gerbera's in a small posy.

White washed wooden table numbers repeat the butterfly theme.

Jars with pink and white marshmallows just add to fairy theme and was displayed
on the gift table with the couples initials.

The guest list was just as beautiful on purple satin ribbon and
bring the theme through from the outside in.

The photo corner with a few funny elements and props for guest to play with and pose for pictures.

Bottles with Michaelmas daisies edge the route to the entrance of the venue and
playfully swing on purple ribbons in the wind.

Purple carnations and King Protea Bridesmaid Bouquet.

Bridal Bouquet in white roses, purple carnations and a King Protea.

Our best wishes to Markus and Nicolene and may you both
be blessed with love and happiness into the future.

JP & Susan, CAPE COLOMBINE LIGHTHOUSE - Paternoster

The CAPE COLUMBINE LIGHTHOUSE - Paternoster was the "Spot" of the beautiful wedding of JP and Susan on a stunning spring day here on the West Coast.  The beautiful white marquee tent was our canvas on the blue backdrop op the sea on the pristine grounds of this venue.

JP and Susan choose to have décor elements with a vintage farm style flair complete with awesome guest favours in small enamel mugs.  The surprise of the favours was the Wilson toffee's, black drop, marshmallow mouse and apricot ball and this was getting me excited and take me back to the days of newspaper cone sweets at the shop.  The tables was set in a beautiful champagne twirl table cloth with a variety of wooden boxes displayed on a wooden cut-off penny gum block with bunches of garden flowers from ranonkels to lavender.  Susan's aunt was telling us that all the flowers was handpicked from friends and families gardens and this just made the flowers so much more special. The elegant Tiffany chairs give the whole tent with the black and white square dance floor the vintage ballroom feeling.
The guest were welcomed in the cocktail area with soft drinks in variety of lemonade and raspberry,  bottled with a stunning label and in real vintage enamel "komme" displayed on stacked wooden pellets.  Our signs routing the guests to the tent and cocktail area add to the overall look.

The scrumptious canapé's and with entrees with smoked snoek and rooster koek served in enamel bowls was a big hit under the guests.  Droewors in enamel mugs just say it all.

This was one of our most memorable weddings and we want to wish JP and Susan huge enamel mugs and jugs full of love and happiness into the future as a married couple.
