What a whimsical enchanted forest themed wedding Caryn & Meyer had at the beautiful Longacres Wedding & Conference centre on the first day of spring.
The guests to this beautiful wedding were welcomed by a rustic wooden roadside sign at the entrance of this pristine centre in the heart of the Longacres Country Estate in Langebaan
.
The couple decided on a purple colour scheme and love the idea of butterflies and fairies playfully displayed on wooden blocks. Beautiful purple rose bowls and white frosted branches planted in ceramic bowls with little glass bowls with twinkling tea lights and little flower arrangements nestled between glistening diamond shaped beads enhanced the overall playful look of this wedding for an au pair.
On the chandeliers of the venue swarms of white wooden butterflies twirling around beautiful Chinese lanterns and beads.
The ceremony area were decorated simple but with flair and elegance for the attending guests to enjoy the absolutely awesome sunny spring day in the manicured gardens of the estate. Guests was welcomed with white painted rat ten balls on the edges of the bridge over the Koi Pond and from there they were guided with garden spikes with simple jam jar lanterns with butterfly detail to their seats.
The seating plan was large purple butterflies and was attached to a mesh wire frame to the entrance of the hall.
The main table was draped in snow white cloth and simple decorated with snowballs of spider sprays on a little glass jar playfully joining the fairies tugged away at he bottom in a beautiful wire heart birdcage. Elements of crystal and glass candle holders just add to the elegance of the table and the twinkling fairy lights hide underneath the bridal frill all part of the game all the fairies and the elements of a enchanted forest will play for a one in a life time display of beauty. The yaw dropping beautiful wedding cake add to the ambiance and was beautiful displayed on a silver cake stand.
